How To Return An Item
We will accept returns on all eligible products. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- The packing list, original receipt & the credit card used to make the purchase must be included.

- You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Your order must be shipped with tracking information method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.
- A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after receiving your return.
- We cannot be held responsible if your bank have a delay in processing the transaction back to your account.
- Any product with altered packaging and/or original package is damaged.
- Any product worn and with any odor or styling hair product.
- Product is damaged.
- Sale items.
- Special orders.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
